Living in a super fast paced society demands that everything is done in an instant. We don’t have as much patience to wait for something because our life demands that everything should have been done earlier. Same is true with our diets. When we want fast food, we don’t mean food that is cooked faster than usual. What we mean by fast food now is instant food. Just pour hot water and you have a meal.
Unfortunately this kind of diet has led a lot of people to go from fit to fat. Obesity is common and hypertension and diabetes are ailments that are expected.
